특히 아이스크림이나 샤베트를 간단하고 편리하게 만들수 있어 인기가 좋아요.
과일 요거트 샤베트 만드는 법을 살짝 보여드릴께요~ ^^*
먼저 스파우트 파우치, 플레인 요거트, 우유, 과일, 코코넛과육 또는 코코넛 오일(기호에 따라), 설탕(또는 시럽)을 준비해요.
요거트가 베이스가 된답니다. ^^*
요거트 100ml 에 우유 약 30ml 를 섞어주세요.
거품기로 살살 저어 주면서 섞어주세요.
향과 풍미를 좀더 주기위해 코코넛 오일을 1T 스푼을 살짝 넣어주세요.
단맛이 빠지면 안되겠죠? ^^ 시럽이나 설탕을 넣고 혼합해주세요.
아이스크림으로 먹으려면 단맛이 강해야 꽁꽁 얼렸을때 단맛이 잘 느껴진다는 점 체크해주세요!
그리고 원하는 과일을 작게 썰어주세요. 입구에 들어갈 수 있는 정도면 되어요~ ^^*
디애플하우스에서 판매하고 있는 미니스텐 깔때기를 준비해주세요.
먼저 믹싱한 요거트를 파우치의 1/4가량 먼저 넣어주세요.
그 다음 준비한 과일 하나씩 쏙~쏙~ 입구로 넣어주세요.
아래 사진에는 블루베리를 사용했구요, 작은 것은 통째로 넣고 큰 것은 반으로 잘라주어요~
요렇게 중간에 과일이 위치할 수 있게 해주고~
나머지 믹싱 요거트를 넣어주세요.
이때 냉장고에서 얼게되면 부피가 살짝 증가하니까~ 윗부분에 조금 여유있게 넣어주세요.
가득 채우고 꽁꽁 얼리면 터져요~~ ㅠㅠ
공기를 빼고 캡으로 꼭~ 막아주세요~
와~ 생 블루베리 코코넛 요거트 샤베트가 완성되기 직전이에요~~~
같은 믹싱 요거트 베이스에 파인애플을 넣어주었어요~
파인애플은 가로세로 1cm 정도로 깍뚝썰기해서 넣으시면 먹기 편하고 좋아요~
자~ 이렇게 완성된 망고 샤베트, 석류샤베트, 생과일 요거트 샤베트들~~
자~ 이제 냉동실로 고고싱~~~
냉동실에서 꽁꽁~ 얼려나온 샤베트들이에요~
믹싱 요거트 샤베트는 아이스크림과 샤베트의 중간쯤되는 맛!!
코코넛 오일에 유단백이 뭉쳐서 얼음과 또다른 녹는 식감이 있네요~ ^^*
상큼한 과일도 넘 맛있어요~

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. -you are returning items it's box opened and used
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
