기존의 스테디 셀러인 거친느낌의 내열 도자기팬과 같은 디자인인데요~
새롭게 출시한 요 제품은 도자기의 원료인 흙 재질이 다른 제품이에요.
원재료가 고가인 페토라이트 토를 사용한 요 제품은요~
워낙 흙의 입자가 워낙 고와서 기공이 거의 없어요.
그래서 음식을 조리할때 국물이나 수분이 스며들지 않아서 오래 사용해도 음식 맛이 깨긋해요~
보통의 직화용 내열 도자기들은 주방 세제로 세척은 금지인데요~
요 제품은 기공이 거의 없어서 주방세제 사용이 가능하답니다.
완벽한 유약처리로 매끈매끈한 겉표면으로 관리하기가 더욱 수월해졌어요~
(밑면은 직화가 가능하도록 유약처리가 되지 않았어요)
내열도자기 팬은 무게감이 있어 직화로 가열된 온도를 오래동안 유지할 수 있구요~

식사 시간 내내 전골, 찌개 등을 맛있게 드실 수 있답니다. ^^*

도자기팬에는 소불고기 전골, 만두전골 등의 전골류~ 오징어볶음, 쭈꾸미 볶음 등의 볶음류를 요리하기에 정말 좋아요~
3 ~ 4인용 도자기팬에 소불고기 800g 으로 요리해 봤어요~
800g 으로 일반적인 4인분 기준인데요~ 도자기 팬의 반 정도 담기구요~ 나머지 공간에는 버섯, 파, 당근 등~ 채소를
담아두니 넉넉한 사이즈가 아주 보기도 좋고 맛있어 보여요~
역시 평평하고 넓은 도자기 팬이라 열전도율이 좋아 금새 끓기 시작하네요~
가스 불에 직화가 가능한 제품이에요.
도자기 팬이 열을 받고 음식물이 거의 조리가 되면 워머에 고체연료나 캔들 양초를 넣고 식탁으로~~
고체연료를 많이 담을 수 있어서 그 만큼 온도 유지가 잘 되구요~ 식사를 다 마칠때까지도 온도가 유지되어요~
