스텐 매쉬가 정말 촘촘하답니다~
저희 디애플하우스에서 판매하는 거품 건지기 만큼 매쉬가 촘촘한 제품은 찾기 힘들어요~ ^^*
어찌나 촘촘한지 뒤에 있는 디애플하우스 베이지라인 키친 클로스가 잘 보이지 않을 정도에요~ ^^*
햇빛에도 한번 볼까요? ^^*
촘촘함이 살아있다고 해야 할까요? ㅋㅋ ^^
이렇게 촘촘하기때문에 국물 위에 떠 있는 거품만 쏙~ 건저낼 수 있게 된답니다. ^^;
손잡이는 우드 제품이라서 물 속에 오래 담가두거나 하지 말아주세요~ ^^
그리고 우드 손잡이가 젖은 상태에서 직사 광선에 말리게 되면 우드 특성상 균열이 발생할 수 있답니다.
사용상 부주의로 인한 반품은 안되니 꼬~옥 참고해주세요~
건기기 망의 전체 지름은 8.5cm 이구요~
테두리를 제외한 매쉬의 지름은 7.5cm 랍니다.

한번 멸치 육수 우려내면서 나오는 거품들을 건져 볼께요~
먼저 찬물에 국물용 멸치를 담가 일정시간 놔두고요~
요리하기 전에 끓이기 시작해요~
물이 끓기 시작하면서 점점 거품이 생겨나기 시작했어요~
아이~ 이 불순물 덩어리들~
싫어요~~ ^_^*
어서 어서 이 불순물들을 건져내야 겠어요~ ^^*
자~ 요렇게요~
거품을 걷어낼 때는요~
건지기로 거품을 뜰때 한번에 많이 건져내려고 여러번 건지지 마시구요~
한번 걷어 냈으면 바로 바로 씻어버리고 또 걷어내는 형태로 여러번 건져 내셔야 되어요~
거품 건지기는 거품을 담아둘수 없기 때문에 조금씩 나누어 건져내셔야 한답니다. ^^*
와~ 이렇게 불순물이 들어있는 거품들이 건져졌네요.
정말 촘촘한 망때문에 잘 건져지네요~
건져낸 부분을 보면 거품이 보이지만~
뒷면을 보면 거품들이 빠져나오지 못한 것을 볼 수 있어요~ ^^*
요리용 숟가락이나 국자로 걷어내려고 했다면 국물까지 걷어내야 하고~
시간도 많이 걸렸을 거에요~ *^^*

찌게나 국에 있는 거품의 양에 따라서 달라지겠지만 ~~
왠만하면 서너번으로 말끔하게 거품이 제거되니 정말 정말 편하답니다. ^^

**Return Instructions

However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. -you are returning items it's box opened and used
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
